Everyone says they want to "grow the game," but how? And what measures growth in their eyes? We approach the concept with a balanced approach to things, meaning you can't grow without addressing the support around it, and you can't get too top-heavy or outside of scope of your reach without scaling with that growth. We are here to grow the participation of the athletes, support the boosters who operate them at the local level, train and develop coaches, as well as bring on new officials to the sport. 

Growth as a number: We want to increase the number of participants across the board. We do that by exposing the sport to as many as we can and minimizing the barrier of cost where we can. 
Growth as a skill set: We want to drive the elite athletes in the area to the sport, and we want to be an outlet for those athletes to be some of the best not just around Pittsburgh, but everywhere they go. We have always emphasized the coaching staff in our programs, hiring some of the best college, high school, and youth coaches from the surrounding communities. These coaches are experts in their age groups, and we pair them up with the group a step below where they are so the college coaches push the high school kids, the high school coaches push the middle school kids, and so on. We have expanded to year-round offerings as part of the True Lacrosse family, where we will provide some of the best and consistent training the area has ever seen. 
Growth as a legacy: We want the area to experience more second and third generations, and beyond. We bring the tradition into the club and are developing an Alumni network to foster the continued involvement in the sport, giving those who want to be a part of what they started a chance to continue on and pass that on to the next generation of lacrosse families!

Partnering with True Lacrosse

We have always worked with True Lacrosse in the area to provide families of both organizations a chance to experience the best that club lacrosse has to offer. From partnering for camps and clinics, to playing box lacrosse, to fielding a joint World Series of Youth Lacrosse Team back in 2020. In 2024 we finally made an official move when a new leadership group came in, and we worked out an agreement for the nation's largest club lacrosse provider to work hand-in-hand with our daily travel team operation and expand offerings for both parties locally, to provide an experience that can't be matched.
