Pittsburgh 79ers Elect a New Board

Following the December board meeting, the Pittsburgh 79ers have elected a new board to two year terms, and created a new role for Director of Player Development. The new board leading the way are as follows:

President: Ryan Pabis (Canon Mac)
Vice President: Megg Hondru (South Fayette)
Treasurer: Mike Fisher (Canon Mac)
Secretary: Jeremiah Johnson (Canon Mac)
Director Of Player Development: Mike McBride (Trinity/Peters Township)
At-Large: Maria Oliastro - Scheduler (South Fayette)
At-Large: Chris Bise - Adviser (Canon Mac)
At-Large: Kevin Dowd - Adviser (Canon Mac)
At-Large: OPEN
At-Large: OPEN

In the Director of Player Development role, Mike McBride will lead the overall program structure to improve continuity from one to team to the next, and from one year to the next. He will have a hand in all age groups, and work with the program's coaches to provide the best possible environment for kids to develop.
